J Plasma, now known as Renuvion combines very well with Vaser especially when extra skin and superficial soft tissue tightening is required to optimise the results. Your symptoms, timing and photo suggest you have a large seroma. If you were my patient I would like to aspirate this, possibly insert a drain and apply firm compression and monitor this.. Untreated seromas can get infected and also affect the aesthetic outcome. I not sure why you have been prescribed diuretics, perhaps book a follow up with your practitioner ASAP for another review.

In order to achieve natural fuller lips it’s actually not a bad approach to do it in stages 2-3 weeks apart. I usually recommend starting with 1cc wait a couple of weeks and then if needed place another 0.5 -1cc . I usually recommend wait 2 weeks for the swelling to settle. If you still have concerns after that I suggest some Hyaluronase to dissolve the product and then re inject. If you’re worried make an appoint and review with your injecting doctor/nurse.
