I don’t think it is because of spreader gredts. I think this is because of asymetric enlargement of the bones. Of course in revision surgeries sometimes we need to take rib or ear cartilages, but cant say exact comment about it. I need to exanimate. Hundred percent symmetry is not possible. But with nose surgery it would be much more better.

No, fillers are temporary. But tip surgery is a permanent surgery. So for long period it will not satisfy. I can recommend to operate bone and tip at the same operation.

It can be little difficult for you, but the answer is yes. We can do only tip surgery with local anesthesia and sedation. But not shaving only tip surgery can be done.

Non-surgical rhinoplasty can create symmetry or correct contour irregularities.
