Statement: Dr. Morgan E. Norris, III is a double board-certified plastic surgeon and founder of Norris Plastic Surgery in Houston, Texas. He specializes in facial cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, including facelifts and rhinoplasty, as well breast augmentation, breast lifts, and breast reconstruction surgery.

“I’m proud to have developed one of Houston’s most sophisticated and compassionate plastic surgery practices,” says Dr. Norris. “We provide the most current and tested cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.”

Dr. Norris knows how life-changing the decision to undergo plastic surgery is for patients. He and his staff emphasize the importance of consultations, to set the best possible tone for the entire decision, surgery, and recovery process. His state-of-the art surgical suite is centrally located to serve Houston and Sugar Land, Texas.

Dr. Norris earned his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, College of Medicine in Richmond, Virginia. He completed residencies in Plastic Surgery at State University of New York Health Science Center in Brooklyn, New York; in Maxillofacial Surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City; and in Microsurgery and Hand at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.

In addition to practicing medicine in the U.S. Navy, Dr. Norris also served as an assistant professor of plastic surgery at Baylor College of Medicine.

Board certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Norris holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Hand and Microsurgery. He is a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

He is the recipient of multiple awards, including Vitals’ Most Compassionate Doctor, Houston’s Top Doctor from H-Texas Magazine, an Outstanding Academic Faculty Teaching Award from Baylor College of Medicine, and the Navy Achievement Medal.
