From there, Ryan returned to Minnesota and continued his career in the industry as the Spa Manager of the flagship location of the Sanctuary Salonspa in Eden Prairie, MN. Ryan went on to become the Assistant GM at Spalon Montage in Edina, later moving to the Chanhassen location before moving on to the Ivy Spa at the Hotel Ivy in Downtown Minneapolis, as Operations Manager.
