Why is my right breast higher but the nipple is lower even after scar tissue was released? How can t
Breast asymmetry after breast augmentation

Elliemae,Your photos do show a fair degree of breast asymmetry. Your left breast is too low and as a result makes your left nipple seem high. I would suggest a revision to your left capsule to raise/support the implant in a better more symmetrical position. The right breast may benefit revisional surgery as well. This will be better assessed during an in person consultation. I encourage you to discuss these concerns with your surgeon or seek consultation with a board certifie…
Can Costochondritis cause complications during surgery?
Costochondritis impact with breast augmentation

Costochondritis should not be effected chronically with a breast augmentation. The pain may be increased initially after surgery but once appropriate time has passed after surgery the symptomatology should resolve or at the least return to baseline. I encourage you to seek consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.
Best,
Dr. Mooty
Is it okay to drive immediately after getting Botox treatments around my eyes?

Cheriedjb,
Botox has little immediate effect. There may be very mild swelling at the injection for a few minutes but nothing that should cause visual obstruction. The actual effect of Botox can take up to 7-10days. Even at that point, it’s very unusual someone would have any visual obstruction such that they couldn’t continue daily activities. Hope this helps.
Best,
Dr. Mooty
If I’m a 38i in a bra size what’s the smallest size I can go down to with a reduction and a lift? No
Breast Reduction

A breast reduction can make a significant improvement for a patient both in the way they look and relief from the symptoms related to enlarged breasts. During consultation, breast measurements will be made to assess the shape of the breast and importantly the positioning of the native nipple areola complexity. These measurements give direction to the capability of the reduction amount that will ensure good blood supply for the nipple. Some patients will require a free…
Are these two bump things between my breast normal?
Are These Two Bump Things Normal

Thanks for your question, & for including your photos, they really help! In my experience of doing thousands of breast augmentation surgeries, I’m pretty sure that those “bumps” are harmless fascial bands caused by stretching the surrounding tissue. They go away on their own, but can resolve faster with simple fingertip massage. I would def show this to your plastic surgeon at your next post op appointment. Best of luck to you!
