Liquid rhinoplasty would be a great option for you, however if there are more risks for someone who has had trauma or previous rhinoplasty surgery. Based on your photos, it doesn't take a lot of product to be able to help you achieve your goals. I would definitely go to an experienced plastic surgeon who has done liquid nose jobs and is very familiar with the nasal anatomy and what can happen after surgery.

Thank you for your question. Botox is a great way to relax the muscle. It can be used for the frown lines between the brows, the four head lines which are created when you raise your brows, or the crows feet on the side of the eyes when you smile. There are additional areas if you can treat with Botox, however, it is not the ideal procedure to help with the bump on the dorsum of the nose. Often by softening the contours around an area that seems overly represented, can deemphasize and soften the appearance of that area.
