How much does fat transfer to buttocks cost?
Brazilian Butt Lift
A brazilian butt lift is a technique for achieving a fuller and rounder buttock without an implant. In this procedure fat is removed from areas where we don’t want it, such as the hips or thighs, and then re-injected into the bum.
Our goal is to not only make the butt bigger but, most importantly, to give a nice round shape which is beautiful, not just bigger. There are some patients who do not have enough fat to achieve the result they are looking for using fat alone. So in these patients we have the ability to add an implant to enlarge and re-shape the buttock.
The fee for the procedure depends on the amount of work that is involved but generally costs between $6000 and $9000. Our patients are almost always delighted in how great they look. (Frank Lista, MD, Toronto Plastic Surgeon)
In my facility a liposuction surgery with fat transfer, or BBL, is approximately $4000-$5000. This price includes the anesthesia and facility costs.
This price is dependent on the amount of liposuction desired and amount of fat needed for transfer. As far as your measurements are concerned the appearance and contour can be significantly improved, but the actual measured values are harder to predict. (Neil Gottlieb, MD, Philadelphia Plastic Surgeon)
The exact cost depends on the number of areas that are liposuctioned to obtain the fat for injection. Some patients also combine other procedures such as a tummy tuck with buttocks augmentation. Contouring of the back helps in the overall appearance. (Michelle Hardaway, MD, Farmington Plastic Surgeon)
In my practice I generally Charge $1500 to $2000 per area for the liposuction and 3000 dollars for the fat injections into the buttocks. This does not include the anesthesia fee or facility fee of $600. (Stanley Taub, MD (retired), New York Plastic Surgeon)
Fat transfer to buttocks prices will vary based on the amount of liposuction
A brazillian butt lift procedure is individualized for each patient. Is is very effective in giving a permanent enhancement to your butt with your own tissues, while at the same time sculpting your figure and removing excess unwanted fat. Depending on how many areas of liposuction your costs will change. Overall, this will vary from Doctor to Doctor and if done at a surgical center or at the Doctor’s accredited facility. How Much Does A Brazilian Butt Lift Cost?
In Hawaii, a Brazilian Butt Lift costs between $6,000 – $12,000. The cost varies depending on the number of areas to liposuction, the time required to do the surgery correctly, and the amount of fat to be injected. The buttocks is a very interesting area of the body. In most areas, if you suck out fat, the skin shrinks up and the area becomes thinner. In the buttocks, if you suck fat out, the butt falls down. Conversely, if you put fat in, it literally lifts the butt.
Fat grafting to the buttocks is much safer, simpler, and with fewer complications than the placement of silicone implants in the buttocks area. Fat grafting to the buttocks can increase the lift of the butt and its posterior projection, but to get the beautiful S-shaped curve requires liposuction of the waist and muffin tops, then liposuction and re-grafting of the lateral thighs. Specific increase in dimensions such as an additional 6″ in the hip area is very hard to achieve; however, an hourglass shape with beautiful curves is the desired and quite often the achievable goal of a Brazilian butt lift. (S. Larry Schlesinger, MD, FACS, Honolulu Plastic Surgeon)
Cost of fat transfer to buttocks
The brazillian buttock lift is an expensive procedure because it is time and labor intensive. It takes longer to harvest the fat compared to regular lipsuction because fat is harvested with less negative suction.
Slower and more gentle suction perserves the fat better. In Brazillian buttock lifting the it also takes time to processs and then reinject the fat. In my own practice I charge standard liposuction fees for the fat removal and then add on for the processing and reinjection.
Fees can range between $7,200 to $15,000 depending upon how many sites are harvested and reinjected. Each patient is different. Only an evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon could tell you if your goal dimensions can be achieved. It depends on how much fat can be harvested for transplantation. (Adam Tattelbaum, MD, Washington DC Plastic Surgeon)
Fat transfer to buttocks for Body Sculpting
Brazillian Butt Lifts Cost between $7,000 and $12,000 depending on the volume, time and area of the country. It is a very effective procedure for shaping the body.
Whether the exact proportions of 36-30-46 can be achieved will depend on how any excess fat is distributed on your body.
