Combining multiple body contouring procedures can be done but requires a strong operative team and infrastructure. I perform these procedure together frequently but patients have to understand that the surgical procedure is longer, recovery more intense, and requires creativity in positioning after surgery.     good luck

Always best to consult with your surgeon.  Looks like the skin is irritated and likely macerated which means kept too moist.  Sometimes patients can take a break and keep the strips on majority of the day and take breaks so the skin has time to breathe and dry.     But discuss first with your surgeon.
