No, you’re not being nit picking. How you feel about your body is a key. Anatomic implants don’t necessarily don’t give you the natural look you may have wanted. Matching the implant size with the body type and size of the chest wall is important. This is not a double bubble deformity. That is cause by placing an implant under the pectoral muscle when the patient has sagging breast. This is not the case with you.

If your tummy tuck was done correctly, these symptoms would be in no relations to your tummy tuck. These symptoms may and can be unpleasant but an evaluation is recommended. Please consult with a gastroenterologist.

I almost never recommend 360 lower body lift. Patients have fewer complications with tummy tuck. Combing these two procedures will require a hospital stay and most likely have complications with the lower body lift.

We always recommend patients wear loose clothing, such as nightgowns or button-up shirts & sweats, on the day of surgery. Patients may wear whatever is most comfortable for them during their postoperative recovery period, as long as the abdominal binder is worn at all times. We suggest wearing a thin tank top/shirt between the incision & binder to avoid irritation.
