If you do not qualify for sleeve gastrectomy, there are non-surgical weight loss options such ad gastric balloon and gastic botox. These are both performed with endoscopy and they help you to eat less food. Still they do not make you burn fat, these treatments take 6 months and during this time you should follow a special protein-rich nutrition program in order to lose weight in a healthy way. Nutritionist guide is included in the treatment.

Hello, if you do not have type 2 diabetes you do not need an gastric bypass surgery and instead, we recommend sleeve gastrectomy. Before surgery for all patients we get approval of Chest Diseases Specialist, Cardiologist, Internal Medicine Specialist and Anesthesiologist. These doctors will examine you and will give their approval before surgery.

Hello, after sleeve gastrectomy we expect achieving healthy weight within 2 years. After losing some weight it is normal to stop losing fat for a while and that time we recommend to do more exercise. Hello, we could recommend sleeve gastrectomy surgery rather than gastric bypass. Intragastric balloon will have a limited effect and once it is removed you could gain weight again. According to your bmi it looks like gastric sleeve is the best option.
