Saddle nose. Is there a non surgical procedure that will help the appearance?

Yes repair of a saddle nose is challenging, but possible. This usually requires using one of your own ribs for repair. If your nose is fairly solid, you may get some improvement with just an injectible filler for a temporary benefit. Good luck!
What is the best xanthelasma treatment currently available?

Surgery is the best solution for xanthelasma. This can usually be done under local anesthesia in the office. Eyelid skin heals extremely well. Unfortunately, this condition can recur over several years. If it does, excision can be repeated.
Rhinoplasty concerns. Will my long upper lip and high radix cause problems?

You have a good eye! I would recommend a deepening of the radix to lower the starting point of your nose, and be careful the tip is not rotated up too much. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty, but need a very experienced surgeon! Good luck
Is it possible to thin out thick nasal skin?
It can, but with risk

Although nasal skin can be thinned somewhat, removing the fat under the skin puts you at risk for scarring and even necrosis. The truth is your surgeon has to work with the ingredients you bring to the table. Rather than having a perfect nose in mind that you want, think instead of how your nose can be improved, given the anatomy you have. You may still get improvement with rhinoplasty, and the surgeon who said your skin cannot be changed is trying to set realistic expectations for you. Good…

Yes, but your bruising is unusual

Yes dissolving the previous filler is important, but your bruising is very unusual. You might postpone surgery to investigate your blood clotting. Have you been taking blood thinners?
