Biography: Mrs. Julie Boice began her nursing career in the Emergency Department after receiving her Bachelors of Nursing from Liberty University in 2010.
With an interest in aesthetic nursing, she has been furthering her knowledge and cultivating her talents to achieve excellence in this field since 2013. Mrs. Boice completed her Masters of Nursing in 2016 from South University and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
She has extensive medical aesthetic training and experience in non-surgical treatments such as injectables, laser services, dermaplaning and microneedling. Mrs. Boice specializes in using a combination of wrinkle relaxer and fillers to achieve the most natural and beautiful outcomes for both prevention and maintenance of youthful appearing skin. Her desire is to provide her clients with the highest sense of self-confidence.

Biography: Janet Brown is the Business Administrator at Cape Fear Aesthetics and Fayetteville Plastic Surgery. She is a 2005 graduate of the University of Northern Iowa. She worked for Hewlett-Packard in Colorado Springs before relocating here in 2009. Janet now resides in Fayetteville with her husband, Josh, and three children.
Janet is responsible for all areas of Administration including: overseeing the medical, spa and front office staff for our office and providing overall growth, marketing, and performance of all aspects of company activities. In spite of a troubled economy she has ensured a 20% increase in profit of a surgical sub specialty practice and cosmetic pavilion. She represents CFA and FPS in its relationships with local and national health organizations, government agencies and third party payers. Janet ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and the rules of accrediting bodies.

Position: Surgical Technician

Biography: Toni is a Certified Surgical Technologist . She assists Dr. Dickerson in the Medical practice as well as with Cosmetic services.
She has lived in Fayetteville for the past 17 years, but is originally from Oklahoma, home of the “OU Sooners”. She has been married for 26 years and has two children, Zachary and Jordyn.
Toni’s favorite service is Botox, and she has had the service done regularly over the past several years. She reflects, “Once you start you love it!”. She has been with Cape Fear Aesthetics for the past 13 years and has enjoyed meeting our many Clients/Patients. She always looks forward to seeing those that return on a regular basis!

Biography: Carmen is a Bilingual Patient Advocate & Surgical Patient Coordinator at Fayetteville Plastic Surgery & Cape Fear Aesthetics MedSpa. She was born and raised in Maryland but moved to Fayetteville, where she has lived for 7 years. She is a mother of two beautiful girls that are her world, and she is also a proud Army wife. Carmen has been with the practice for over 4 years, she loves coming to work and taking excellent care of our patients. She often says that we have a great team and that she considers FPS/CFA to be one big family!

Biography: Sendy is a Multilingual Medical Assistant at Fayetteville Plastic Surgery Cape Fear Aesthetic Medspa.

Sendy was born and raised in Vicenza, a small town in Italy located 40 minutes away from Venice. After graduating high school, she met the love of her life, a US Army soldier stationed at the US ARMY military base near her hometown. The two married in 2015, and received orders to Fort Bragg in 2016.

Sendy and her husband now call Fayetteville their home. Sendy graduated from a medical assisting program in 2017 and is currently working at FPS/CFA. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two holland lop pet rabbits and her husband.

Position: Receptionist

Biography: Sofia is from San Diego, California. In 2014, she and her husband drove across the country to embark on their new journey of living in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. She joined the FPS/CFA team in 2015 as a Bilingual Front Desk Concierge and today she is the Front Office Supervisor. Sofia is a mom to a beautiful little girl. In her free time, Sofia likes to explore the city with her family, take her two terriers to the dog park, and scout new locations to photograph. She enjoys working with the Front Desk Concierges and being part of the FPS/CFA team. “They are my family away from home,” she says.

Biography: Dana was born and raised right outside of Fayetteville, and she is a graduate of Cape Fear high School. Outside of work, Dana stays busy raising her 3 children. Her favorite place to be is relaxing on the beach with her family. Dana looks forward to learning and growing with Fayetteville Plastic Surgery and Cape Fear Aesthetics.

Biography: Ashley was born and raised in south Jersey. She is currently in the Air National Guard/Air Force Reserves and she is also taking online courses toward a Bachelor’s degree in exercise science. In her free time, Ashley enjoys staying fit by hiking, surfing and weight lifting. Her favorite place to unwind is the beach.

Because Ashley loves to meet new people, she has enjoyed helping others in the customer service industry for the past five years. She is excited to be a member of the FPS/CFA team and looks forward to growing with the practice.
