Volift is not approved to be injected in the tear trough area as it has to be injected in a deeper plane. The only approved one for such indication from the vycross family is Volbella. If it bothers you, you can go back to the provider and get it dissolve easily

Hyaluronidase injection are directed mainly to the fillers and I believe it have minila system absorption, even if there is systemic absorption, two months is more than enough time to flush it out of your system
