Do I have enough fat for Brazilian Butt Lift?
Brazilian butt lift is so popular because it enables your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. Liposuction is performed in all the areas that you mentioned to shape your body.
The amount of fat needed depends on the shape and needs of each individual patient, however in general at least 500cc per buttock need to be placed to see a significant difference.
On average patients typically receive around 800cc per buttock side for a total of 1600cc of fat transfer. However just like a breast augmentation the amount of fat needed various from patient to patients.
Also the sculpting done with the liposuction is a big part of the procedure to improve the overall shape. The fat can be placed in specific areas and combined with the liposuction to help you achieve the results that you desire!
Unfortunately fat cannot be taken from someone else and used for augmentation. However if a patient has a BMI of 22 they typically will have enough fat for the Brazilian butt lift.
If they are smaller than this then they will need to consider doing an augmentation with implants. When considering this procedure it is very important that you have your procedure performed by a board certified plastic surgeon. In general of the procedures that I perform this is one where patients tend to be universally extremely happy.
Whether you have enough fat for the procedure is difficult to say based on this one photo. I would be helpful to know your weight or see additional views to comment. Your shape can certainly be rounded out by adding more to the hip area and subtracting some from the upper outer portion of the buttock, which is contributing the square/V shape.
Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who performs this procedure on a regular basis for a thorough evaluation. The procedure might require that you gain a little weight but not too much, just enough so that we can then use your natural fat in the process Consider the Braziian butt lift prosedure for this.
A Brazilian Butt Lift is designed to take almost any buttock “frame” and recontour the shape into a more pleasing contour. The important part of this procedure is understanding your anatomy and how liposuction can reshape the perimeter of your buttocks. In addition, placement of fat into the perimeter of the buttock can also take a V-frame or A frame buttock and give it a more “rounded” appearance. It is difficult to tell from your picture if you have enough fat deposits to liposuction, however, if your are more interested in reshaping your buttock over volume, you would not need a tremendous amount of fat to liposuction.
The BBL is a great tool not only for volumizing the gluteal region but also for finely contouring this area as well. Donor sites are important to obtain adequate grafting material but from your photos it appears that you would have enough.
The most important step is to go and have an in person consultation with an experienced plastic surgeon. Please share with us the rest of your experience if you have already had this operation.
This kind of configuration benefits greatly from fat transfer. The areas lacking roundness can be filled out, and the excess fat of the waist, flanks and thighs can be removed. Having enough fat is a question best answered in a personal consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. The picture shown indicates a good likelihood of sufficient fat.
More Fullness on Sides and Less Of Pinched In Look Achievable with Brazilian Butt Lift
It would be difficult to say with certainty whether you would have enough fat to transfer to your buttocks to achieve the result you want with a Brazilian Butt Lift, although it does look like you do. Keep in mind that your mid-section is not the only place where transferrable fat exists. It looks like what you’d like is more fullness in your buttocks so they don’t look as “pinched in” like you said, and an improved contour on the sides of your buttocks, where they meet your hips. This is very doable with BBL. You can also consider implants if you don’t have enough fat to transfer.
It is important to see more photographs to verify the areas where the fat will be removed. Anyhow according to photo, looks excelwnte candidate, with results probably very harmonious.
You have enough fat. More important is understanding the concept that we take the same fat from the areas that you gain weight and put it in the areas where you want to gain weight. See the video below to see what happens with weight loss and weight shifts – the fat in the butt is preserved!
The second thing to understand is that by injecting into the area of the saddlebag we directly address the problem of the V-shaped butt. Read the link below for a fuller explanation You have a narrow waist already and a trim body so I would expect great results.
