Sometimes, when the fat is harvested to the (buttock) can form fatty oil cysts. If if doesn't hurt or if is not bothering you, they don't a problem But if they are big enough you can visit your surgeon for a consultation and ask him to drain them, only if they are big enough.

First I suggest you seeing a surgeon to be evaluated in person. Based on the pictures I would say that more liposuction is needed on the upper and lower side of your abdomen. Also, in case that excess skin is detected on your evaluation, that can be corrected with abdominoplasty... Hope this helps you to answer your question.

Hello and thank you for your question! The breast implant will go down over 3 to 6 months, it’s only been 4 days. You could loose as much as a half of a cup size over the next few months. I’ll wait about 3 months, if the breasts are not big enough you should talk to your surgeon about exchanging for larger implants, that will be the best perfect person to do this, because if you go with a different surgeon, you will be probably charged full price.

Hello and thank you for your question! If your breast is still hard after a year, you probably develop a capsular contracture around that implant. Implant should look slightly higher than the other if you do have a capsular contracture. This is not uncommon with breast augmentation. It seems like a reasonable implant size for the width of your breasts, however the best person to determine that and the size of the implants it’s the surgeon you have seen. Hello and thank you for your question and your photo! That small wound at the T area is extremely common with the anchor type lift. It is not uncommon to have this wound from 6 to 8 weeks. It takes time for healing to take place. As long as there’s not significant redness or firmness around the small opening it’s ok. If you did develop any fever, or spanning redness, or pain, you need to let your doctor know.

Hello and thank you for your question and your photo! Liposuction of the calves can be very tricky, and take several months for complete healing. I will recommend to massage the areas and put compression to be continued as calves can swell for an extended period of time. The exact amount of time that you should need compression can be best determined by your surgeon.

Hello and thank you for your question and photos. Based on the pictures you provided, you look like a great candidate for a Breast Lift if your looking for Perkins. If what you want is a little more volume and fitness, you should get a Brest lift with implants, that will give you the look you wish to have. It would be more convenient to have a consultation in person with your surgeon to be able to evaluate you better.

Expelling sutures are normal after these kind of procedures. I would prescribe you more Keflex as a precaution. It is important you call your surgeon and follow his instructions.

Diastasis Recti this not usually cause a discomfort and a under line hernia can cause discomfort if this is not a hernia you may want to talk to your regular doctor to try to find what is causing the pain. Thank you for your question. You need to consult with your surgeon. I would say that these symptoms are not related to the tummy tuck but to a medical condition. The whole situation it’s concerning, it’s important you discuss your symptoms with the surgeon who did your surgery.

Thank for your question and pictures. You’re very early after your surgery. Swelling is expected up to 3 or more months after a tummy tuck. You need to be patient and allow some time for healing and the swelling to go down. I will give it at least 6 weeks before you start making a determination about how flat your stomach is going to be or how the incision is gonna look. You have a lot of healing to do yet.
