Can a filler or botox help my facial asymmetry?
Combination treatment
Feb 3, 2021
Hello.I would need to consult with you for a thorough history and examination. Facial asymmetry is normal, perfect symmetry is not! Check out the attached link.Improving symmetry often requires multi-modal treatment in order to address multiple issues. Being realistic is the key to being happy with your results. You can’t expect (and honestly you wouldn’t want) perfect symmetry.James
What are my options for lessening appearance of nasolabial folds?
Not as simple as you’d imagine…
Feb 3, 2021
From the photo you do not appear to have deep NL folds and a small degree of normal asymmetry. Correct placement of fillers can reduce the appearance of NL folds but not necessarily by injecting directly into them. Utilising the natural bony architecture of your face as a scaffold to enhance support and reduce the depth of the NL fold is key as it addresses the cause of the issue, not simply adding volume to areas where it can look unnatural.James
Will filler help with this odd deviated line on one side of my jawline?
Could do!
Feb 3, 2021
I’d need to consult with you for a thorough history and examination before suggesting any treatment. But looking at your photos, accurately placed jaw line filler may be an option to address the issue for you, James
20 and I already look very old. What are my options?
Don’t do anything drastic!
Jul 16, 2020
I would recommend a thorough consultation and comprehensive examination by an experienced and qualified practitioner. Photos are not sufficient to provide answers to the questions you ask. There are likely be treatments that can be used to address some of your concerns but I’d be cautious about diving into anything drastic.
How do I decide on the best person to do by tear trough filler? Experience? Product?
The injector is the key to success…
Jul 14, 2020
Tear trough treatment is fraught with danger. Detailed anatomical knowledge is needed in order to place the product in the correct plane. From the photos you sent the product has been placed too superficial (close to the skin surface) hence the poor outcome and Tyndall effect.
The correct choice of product is also extremely important – a low viscosity product that is not too hydrophilic is ideal. Several products are used off licence for this treatment so I’d do my research about the…
Can a non surgical nose job help to fix a pointy nose?
Great candidate for non-surgical rhinoplasty
Jul 7, 2020
Looking at your photos you would be an ideal candidate for a non-surgical rhinoplasty in my opinion.
This would be done with some numbing cream then small alterations where you can guide me where you want the changes and I can guide you as to what in my professional opinion will give you the best aesthetic result.
Any filler can cause serious complications if not injected correctly so make sure you go to a fully qualified medical practitioner for a consultation before embarking on any…
I’m 23 and I want to get tear trough filler. What are the risks? Would you recommend t
Tear trough works well for the right patient
Jul 7, 2020
I would need to see a photo and ideally have a face-to-face consultation in order to assess your suitability for tear trough filler.
The anatomy is key to successful treatment – excess skin, pronounced lower lid fat pads and poorly projected cheeks are all relative contraindications.
Tear trough filler is the hardest of all fillers to get right and the easiest to get wrong. The filler must be placed under the orbicularis occuli muscle to prevent the tyndall effect but it must also…
