At Dr Leah Clinics we have had some success using Q- switch laser (clearlift laser by Alma) to breakdown HA dermal filler. You are likely to need multiple sessions (normally 2 weeks apart) but there is no downtime and little or no significant side effects. Yes from the photography you are a good candidate for tear trough filler. The filler which is licensed for that area and causes the least swelling and tyndall is Redensity 2 (by Teosyl). It is safest to have it administered with cannula rather than needle and it should be performed by an experienced doctor as it is a slightly higher risk area than lips or cheek. Having silhouette soft threads can be a shock to the patient as the puckering on the skin often does not look nice and can last for around 3-5 days. It is however a normal part of the treatment and it will improve on its own.
