Thank you for your question. Whenever undergoing any laser treatment it is important to have appropriate eye protection in place as direct exposure would be harmful.For most body areas goggles are fine, but if an area close to the eye is being treated there are various forms of eye shields that can be used.Eye protection should be a routine part of any laser treatment, and your clinic should be able to advise on this.

There are very few contra-indications to Botox, and I very much doubt that there should be any problem for you in having treatment. It is of course important that you mention your symptoms to your doctor to ensure he/she has all the information needed to advise you.

Thanks for your question and photos. From what your photos show it does look as though you could achieve some benefit from a non-surgical rhinoplasty. It should be possible to soften the dorsal hump and lift the tip of the nose. It is important that in the course of a consultation you are given a good idea of what is (as well as what is not) achievable to ensure that you will be happy with the outcome.Best wishes,

Ng:YAG has the advantage that it can be used in all skin types, but like all lasers for hair removal will only work if there is some melanin (ie brown pigment) in the hair.For this reason Nd:YAG won’t work in blond hair, and I think you’ll find that whatever laser wavelength is used you won’t find one that will be effective.

It is thought that using a muscle that has just been injected with Botox helps its uptake into the nerve ending and therefore can make it work more quickly, and there is also a possibility that it makes for a longer-lasting effect too. So it should be fine for you to chew gum after treatment.However something else to consider is: in the long term might your gum chewing be making your masseter muscle stronger and bulkier, and therefore promote your need for treatment??

There are a few possibilities that can sometimes help, but of course a face to face assessment would be needed to look at this.Depending on your features filler placement in particular areas of the cheek, naso-labial fold, lip and philtrum can make a (usually subtle) difference.Best wishes.
