First of all, I would advise not to pick any acne. If you have done so and you see a pigmented hole, you can use topical tretinoin. Your doctor can help you with the prescription. Also, await for the hole/scar to slowly heal itself. If not, you can go for Deep fractional laser treatment.

I can see from picture that you have very oily skin leading to pimples and scar. It will help you to wash your face at least three to four times a day. Also controlling acne is very important to prevent any further scarring. Your skin is looking older because of all the deep scars. You should start having acne scar treatment from now on. Deep fractional can be a great option. Your skin quality will improve and skin will look much healthy.

Scars can be minimized with treatments to a very good extent. Residual scars can be easily hidden with make up. Chemical peels are very superficial treatments and affect the scars minimally. Your best option can be deep fractional treatment by laser. Its important to start the treatment as early as possible to achieve best possible results.

For any scar, Deep fractional or popularly called ‘Fraxel’ provides the best treatment. One has to remember that even the best and costliest treatments cannot be bring 100% results. However, good quality laser along with skilled application can get one’s scar to improve in their appearence. I supect that these treatments are popular in Hollywood’s actors and actresses.
