Swelling post Botox injection is rare but can happen. It is temporary and will go away by itself. Cold compress and gentle massage may speed up its healing. It should not leave any permanent changes to the area.

It is not usual for such drastic regression 8 months post PRK. You should see a Lasik/PRK surgeon to reevaluate your cornea topography. It sometimes can be caused by post surgical corneal ectasia.
