A well trained plastic surgeon can certainly take care of this. Find a plastic surgeon cerified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeon in your area. You probably have a cyst related very possibly to an ear piercing.

Yes. an umbilical incision can be revised and the opening enlarged. Obviously you still are at risk for recurrent scarring. I would speak to your plastic surgeon or consult another, preferably certified by the American Board of of Plastic Surgery.

These are questions that you need to discuss with your plastic surgeon. You seem to be fairly recently post-op so some of these problems may well resolve as you continue to heal. Don’t compare a back incision to a facial incision as the latter always tend to heal much better.

It is late to get an infection but you could have a reaction to a buried suture. The best thing to do is to call your plastic surgeon so he can see you. That is part of his follow-up care. Sometimes as the swelling subsides you can indeed see a little bit of laxity. Speak to your surgeon.

Calcification or oil cysts are the result of improperly prepared or injected fat. If the fat is too roughly harvested or purified, it may not survive and will form calcifications as a result of the fat cell dying. If too much fat is injected in one location at a time inject of being dispersed, then the fat dies and becomes an oil cyst.Technique is always very important.

Unlike a thread lift to raise the forehead, a surgically performed forehead lift detaches the tissue and allows it to reattach at a higher position. The endotine is merely a way of keeping the tension on the replaced forehead tissue until it can form enough scar adherence. The lift should last for years.

A lift can always be done alone, but this does not increase the size of your breasts. An areolar reduction can be done at the same time. Usually insurance would not cover a procedure unless there is a noticeable size difference. I would suggest you consult a plastic surgeon certified by the Am Bd of Plastic Surgery.

Both techniques work well. What is more important is the skill and knowledge of the plastic surgeon performing the procedure. Each plastic surgeon has his preference as to what works best for him. Be sure to consult with a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Of course you can address the love handles only. You may however still want to have contouring of additional areas particularly since it would be done under the same anesthesia. Start by consulting with a plastic surgeon certified by the Am. Bd. of Plastic Surgery.

Obviously you are going to get a fair amount of swelling from this type of procedure. I would speak to your plastic surgeon as to how you are doing. Lymphatic massage may be useful for the swelling. Your scar still needs to mature before assessing the final outcome.

Certainly tightness after a breast augmentation is not unusual. If the implant was placed in back of the breast as opposed to under the muscle you may experience less discomfort. Howver the fact that you are not having any pain not particularly anything to worry about.

This is a very difficult area to do liposuction. It certainly should be addressed by a liposuction surgeon familiar with this area. The surgeon should also be certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Often a surgeon who does not perform the procedure may be able to recommend someone.

I think you would certainly benefit from a neck lift. You would need tightening of the neck muscles as well during the procedure. Obviously the same incisions could be used if you are happy with them.

Garments are usually useful after liposuction. Certainly they have to be properly fitted You may compromise the result somewhat by not wearing the proper garment particularly in the lower abdomen. This may allow swelling to remain for a longer period of time. You should discuss this with your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.

It is difficult to tell from your photographs what would be the most useful procedure for you. You may well need a extended neck lift or a facelift to contour these areas. Also from one photograph a chin augmentation may benefit you. Again, it is difficult to tell by these photo’s.
