Yes, it is safe to deflate saline implants and very easy - one small needle puncture through your scar or skin and allowing the saline to drain out. First you would benefit from a breast lift (mastopexy) - this would reduce the size of your areolas as well as lift your breast and nipples to a more rejuvenated position. I think you will be underwhelmed with one vial of Kybella - I'm not sure that you would see much difference. If you are looking to get a change with one syringe, I generally find patients are happiest with lip filler or cheeks to help define their cheeks.

At 7 weeks out and with a debridement, your wound is likely as large/deep as it will get, and is likely already getting smaller. Yes, you can still be a candidate or surgery with minor heart conditions. You would need to see your cardiologist and let them know you are planning to have elective surgery, and they would asses you and give their opinion on the safety of elective surgery in your case. In addition the plastic surgeon and anesthesiologist will assess you as well to ensure that they all feel that you are safe for surgery.

Thank you for the question - in general a lower blepharoplasty should address your bags as well as improving the skin excess/laxity, so your skin should appear less wrinkled afterwards. Adjunct procedures such as fat grafting to address areas of hollowness as well as skin treatments such as peels/laser to improve the fine lines can also help optimize the final result.

It is very common to use multiple fillers in the face and nearby each other as they all have different properties and purposes. Also there are many patients that have a filler done at one office, and then additional filler performed at another office without issue. So to answer your question, yes you can have different fillers without worry of the fillers interacting.

If there is growth of the mass and you are having neurogic symptoms you may consider having the lipoma removed including dissecting it away from the nearby nerves. Going from "B" cup to 475cc will definitely cause a significant discomfort for the next few weeks while the pocket stretches, particularly if the implants were placed beneath the muscle.
