There are lots of factors that determine best implant width for your breasts. We often think of a 14.8cm breast width as having 1 cm of tissue medially and 1 cm laterally(depending on the thickness of your tissues), leaving you room for an implant that is approx 12.8cm. This is a good issue to point out when it comes to Benelli lifts. The lift that is created with this stitch relies on the permanent stitch so it is never taken out. It is possible that it may come out on its own or your surgeon removes it due to exposure or infection. If this occurs, you will likely lose the effect of the stitch and the areola will spread to a larger size.

Fat transfer would be an option to help with increased volume above the implant and on the inner aspect of the breast to give you more cleavage. I also think that a slightly larger implant would be an option as well and would not put too much weight on your skin.

Tanning will not harm your labiaplasty scars if they are covered by a bikini or shorts. For all scars, the color of the scar is you marker for when they need to be protected from the sun. If they are pink, they need to be protected. Once they fade to skin color or white, they no longer need to be protected. Hope this helps

It is difficult to see in the picture, but it looks as if the purple color is just bruising. The labia have a good blood supply and with the wedge technique I would not expect there to be any issue of blood supply to the tissue. If it is a hematoma, it is quite small, and nothing to worry about. If it increases in size, you may want to consider giving your surgeon a call. Depending on how much smaller the breast is then the other side, you could have replacement with a larger implant and potentially some fat grafting to give you the size you need. If there is a big difference or the skin is tight, you may need further expansion which would mean placing a new expander.

This wound looks clean with healthy tissue. It will slowly heal in on its own with new skin growth from the edges. Aquaphor is helpful to keep it moist as new skin grows better in moist environments. I know it is frustrating and scary to have an open would like this but letting it heal in with dressings is really the best option at this point. Keep it clean with soap and water every day and the aquaphor and a nonstick dressing over top and it will heal.

Some surgeons have their patients with smooth implants start massaging the breasts a week to 2 post op to possibly decrease capsular contracture, or thickening of the scar around the implant. If it is a revision surgery and sutures have been placed inside to shape the pocket, massage may not be recommended. You should get in touch with your surgeon to ask them about this.

Looks like botox did exactly what it should- smooth out the glabellar frown lines. Forehead injections will smooth out the horizontal forehead lines, which it doesnt look like you had much of in the before picture. This also weakens the frontalis muscle, the muscle of the forehead(which is why it gets rid of the horizontal wrinkles) but it will also cause your brows to drop slightly, as that muscle is what allows you pull up your brow. The swelling of the lower eyelid is due to the botox weakening the lower orbicularis oculi muscle. This most commonly occurs when the lower eyelids are injected along with the crows feet. This will go away as the botox wears off. Luckily, it usually doesn't take the entire 3-4 months to improve as the effect wears off gradually over time. You may start to see improvement by a month or so.

Scarring can be quite minimal with this level of gynecomastia. Often the glandular tissue can be removed through an incision around the bottom of the areola or a straight line through the areola and around the bottom edge of the nipple. I prefer the incision through the areola as it disappears in the natural irregularity of the areola. Your surgeon will be able to discuss the options with you and show you diagrams of the incision options.

Is it possible that the armpit was liposuctioned as well? For excessive sweating, an aggressive liposuction procedure of that area can be performed to destroy the glands and decrease sweating. This would be one explanation for it. I would refer back to your surgeon to see if this was done.
