Hi,Liposuction is not a weight loss method. If your calculated BMI (you can google it and add your weight and height to find out your current BMI) is greater than 40 I would recommend consulting a bariatric surgeon for a possible lap band or gastric bypass. It will help you loose weight faster and not be discouraged. Liposuction will be costly and you wont see much change in your figure.Keep up with the good work, exercise and eat healthy.

Hi, you can have an ultrasound to check the size of the seroma. Sometimes it is absorbed, but sometimes it looks just like a fluid filled cyst. If it is very small you can probably leave it alone, but if it is large your surgeon may have to open and remove it. Wearing spanks, tight garment will help. Good luck.

Hi, without any photos and examination it is really difficult to estimate your implant size. The size will depend on your chest diameter and how tight your skin envelope is. You have to discuss it in length with your board certified plastic surgeon and decide on the best size for you.

Hi, from the photos it is hard to evaluate if you have skin laxity around and above the umbilicus. If you do , you PS will have to redo the tummy tuck in order to be able to lower your scar. It may be possible but it is hard to see from the photos. If he cannot do it, maybe laser can improve the scar or waiting a few years for your skin to relax and then do another skin only tummy tuck.

Hi,First of all you have to determine your priorities, what bothers you the most, the front, your abdomen, or the back, love handles, or both? With either one of the procedures you won't get a significant inner thigh lift as you wish. You are a great candidate for a body lift, circumferential abdominoplasty, it will improve your buttock and you will fit better in clothes. HI, you look great on your post op photo with these implants. Very proportional and natural looking. Wait a little bit longer for the implant to settle and swelling to go down. High profile implants are very narrow and they would have not fill out your whole breast envelope, you would need a larger size and would not look natural. It depends what you want and what you have discussed with your surgeon. Give it some time for your mind to adjust to your new breast size.

Hi, it is hard to evaluate your swelling and discoloration with the photos. It is normal to have some induration and swelling in the neck area especially if your surgeon used liposuction as part of the necklift. It can take up to 6-8 months for the swelling and hardness to go away after liposuction. Circular massage in the area can help soften the tissue and also wear a neck strap at night. You should contact and follow up with your surgeon to ask his/ her advice....

HI, you should monitor closely your incision and call your doctor if you think you are having increase drainage, redness, fever, chills. From the photos it is hard to tell. It could be a reaction to stitches but you have to be proactive, keep an eye on it and update your doctor.

Hi, your doctor is asking you to have a mammogram as baseline of what your breast parenchyma looks like and for the radiologist to understand better any changes you may have in a mammogram after you breast reduction surgery.
