The effect of Botox injections is very gradual over 2 weeks usually
The initial relief of pain was probably from a rapid diffusion into the muscles -, suffering from a long standing spasms. Now the muscles are adjusting gradually and the pain will subside again , possibly 50% improvement is expected and should last about 3 months
The technique and the number of units play a very important role in this procedure

It’s hard to judge from submitted pictures- as no asymmetry between the sides is noticeable
Provided the right filler was injected- you should wait about 2 weeks for the swelling to subside
Upon 2 week F/p the doctor will be able to massage and settle any bumps or add more filler if necessary

Women at menopause have a tendency to retain fluids- under eye area being very common
In general Botox cosmetic is very safe to inject in glabella and forehead, caution when injecting the crows feet- an experienced injector will provide you with a best technique
Under eye area may respond well to heat based therapies and consistent home care

It is safe to administer Botox after any facial treatment- no need to wait more then a day
In general have the Botox injected after not before other procedures
Disproportionately short chin and wide jaw. Could dermal fillers be used to lengthen my face?

The square appearance of the lower face is due to large maseters- muscles of chewing, and a disproportionally small chin
The muscles can be injected with Botox to create a more oblique outline to the lower face and the chin can be enhanced with a filler to bring it forward- that will improve the overall symmetry and your anatomical lines

“Spocking” is very common when the forehead is injected in the middle but not on the lateral ends of Frontal muscles- it will subside spontaneously within 2-3 weeks
It can be treated with 1-2 units injected in the pick of that brow spock to flatten faster
