Hi Good,Your skin appears to be of a thickness appropriate for the ethnicity. The difficulty in refining the nasal tip is usually the challenging part in a thicker skin and from what I see the nasal tip looks well. The Naso-labial angle where the nose meets the upper lip is less clear from these photographs. What can be achieved can only be answered after establishing what your aspirations are … Digital morphing of your photographs by a surgeon can help in that regard.Best !

The Profile picture does show that the Nasal Tip cartilages are a bit more anteriorly placed compared to the lower dorsum. If you dislike this, Digital Morphing would be a first step to see if retro-projection of nasal tip cartilages with minor refinement is more to your liking. Digital morphing is only an indicator of desired objective and final results may differ to some extent.

Roughly three months since surgery … I would expect both the skin tag and the blood vessel to settle down.If corrected under Local Anaesthesia … Now or later if still necessary … I do not envisage any problems.
