Dear Sathika.A breast reduction is not a risky operation in many ways. However, the more breast tissue You remove the higher the risk can be concerning the round shape of the breast and, even more important, concerning the blood supply and wound healing afterwards. From Your height and weight I would recommend a big B or a small C cup. However, more information and pictures are needed for a complete consultation.

tuberous breasts always tend to leave big areoles, even after a normal breast lift. There are different ways to prevent that kind of size after breast lift: one is to add a vertical scar, which is taking away a part of the tension from the areolas and by doing that preventing them to get bigger in size afterwards.
