Unfortunately, your massive weight loss has forever damaged your skin and soft tissue. In post MWL patients, implant displacement is unfortunately very common, whether it is laterally or inferiorly (below the infra mammary fold). Your surgeon is not to blame here as it is very difficult to prevent these secondary malpositions. A change of implant for a polyurethane foam covered implant could potentially solve the problem.
