Great Question. Itching after Intima treatment is quite common. More often it is the urge to itch during the healing process that feels like a yeast infection . Aquaphor works well to prevent this. If the problem persists more than 5 days post treatment I recommend that you contact the treatment provider for evaluation. If it is indeed a yeast infection it can be treated with an antifungal medication. Overall this resolves after a few days.
