Opinions on Derma Rollers for Acne Scars?

Dermaroller (I use a 3mm dermaroller) is a very effective procedure for Acne scarring. However depending on the depth of your scars, it needs to be combined with TCA cross and/or subcision. 6-10 sittings are usually required. Approximately 10-15% improvement in scars per sitting can be expected.
For the last 5 months, I have been losing hair in bulk suddenly. 3 months ago I moved to Chennai.
Biotin Tablets should help

Thyroid disease induced hair loss should rectify itself within 3-6 months of correction of the thyroid status. I usually recommend taking Biotin 10mg tablets (various brands available in the market) once daily along with using Saw Palmetto extract lotion (Tricholanics is a good brand) twice daily on the scalp, for 3 months. These should help.

In Indian skin, one has to be very cautious with peels. Superficial- medium depth peels are relatively safe. I would generally recommend the Yellow (retinol) peel as one of the safest options. 1- 2 sittings are usually enough.
How soon after micro needling can I get microdermabrasion?

Technically you only nee to wait till your skin heals up, which would be 5-7 days following microneedling. However personally I don;t see the point of MD within 2 weeks of microneedling as the procedure itself would have caused exfoliation and there wouldn’t be any further dead skin to exfoliate until another 2 weeks at least. However there is nothing stopping you from getting MD done 7 days following microneedling.
