I don’t see any problem in doing so. Not being able to take hormones doesn’t mean that you can’t reflect your gender identity in other physical ways, both for yourself and for other people.

I would suggest both. A brow ridge reduction seems indicated for you, and a brow lift is always indicated when the brow ridge is reduced, in order to tighten up the skin over the new bone shape.

The endoscopic approach, in my experience, is only good for those who don’t need a real gender change to the forehead or a reduction of the forehead prominence overall, but rather a small reduction of a localized asymmetry (like grinding down a small bump) or an extremely subtle refinement of the eyes frame.Any work bigger than that would need an open approach. The scar can be hidden in the hair, or covered with transplants later on.

Without a doubt the most masculine features of your face are the nose and the forehead. Although you don’t have a sharply defined brow bossing, the forehead projects too much above the eyes to be seen as female, so I suggest to set it back with a type 3 reconstruction. It is true that your face is currently very masculine, but not more masculine than many other faces that got successful feminizations with the usual set of surgical procedures involved in FFS: forehead contouring, rhinoplasty, upper lip lift, chin and jaw contouring, trachea shave.
