There are two structures that we can’t improve surgically: bony framework and intraabdominal fat. Dear, I definitely would not use energy because what you need is to restore fat. My recommendation is a careful, crafted, manual liposculpture restoring the normal thickness of the fat layers along thighs and abdomen. Sometimes it takes more than one procedure to fix it. Diminishing the remaining fat and building muscles mass is a great adjuvant for your treatment.
