Dr. Topham has practiced dermatology at the family clinic ever since then, where he sees patients Monday through Thursday. He treats the full range of dermatologic conditions for people of all ages. Why am I bruising 5 days after cheek and under eye filler?

Yes, bruising/swelling can occur, even days after the injections. If the bruises are related to the injections, they should resolve over the next few days. Bruises can be treated with 532nm (nanometer) laser, if you’d like a faster fix. Hopefully, the physician that treated you has the laser as an option.
