First off you need patience these scars will take at least a year to plateau.Some lasers can help the red color but not likely to speed up the process much.In the interim,most plastic surgeons would recommend vigorous scar massage and moisturization +/- scar creams eg mederma  3X a day,and silicone scar sheeting for at least half the day.If in the end still not satisfied, can talk to your doctor about whether revision/lowering the scar is technically feasible

From the photos,which limits the accuracy of our opinions, you don’t seem to have enough loose skin to make a thigh lift worthwhile and scars can be unacceptable to many with your contour.With your type of work also, with thigh lift and/or abdominoplasty may take 4-6 weeks to back to work

Person to person always best,but from photos alone you look like you need a lift plus implants regardless of what kind.You appear to have a large, inelastic skin envelope that could accomodate a large implant if you wished but they would be large and saggy without a mastopexy.P.S. a  coordinator is not a substitute for an opinion with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon

The body is a wonderful biofeedback machine,eg if certain exercises causes increased swelling or pain postop your body is telling you to ease up a bit.If the swelling is mild and not painful,likely not going to influence the final results.Your doctor would know best because they can evaluate it hands on.

Most swelling postop is “in the tissues” ie can’t be removed but improve over time and with compression garments and massage techniques.If the fluid on the otherhand is a hematome or seroma then it can be drained or aspirated or if very bad corrected surgically

Obviously most patients don’t get hollow eyes after a lower bleph,otherwise the procedure wouldn’t be so popular.However it is one of the postop possibilities especially if too much fat is removed,also depends on your age,preop eyelid structure and contours and sometimes medical illnesses

Doctors who are not treating patients for a specific surgery are appropriately cautious about prescribing narcotics because of our national crisis of drug abuse ,much of which starts from prescription meds.Also especially if surgery is being done outside the states doctors are weary about patients potentially “double dipping” ie getting narcotic prescriptions from several providers.

The answer to your question is difficult at this early stage.The final result depends on a number of things:how much tissue had to be removed,the size and contour of your preop breast,the surgical repair and how you heal and scar as an individual.Your doctors can give you postop pointers as healing progresses,if after all is healed and it doesn’t “fill in” to your satisfaction there are a number of plastic surgery options which can help at that time.
