Good candidate for lip fillers?

Lip filler can be used to enhance the volume and widen the top lip. There is a limit on how much improvement you will get and you are unlikely to get the result shown in the other picture as your natural anatomy is very different. The lip filler will fill the volume especially on the outside edges, but there will always be a tendency for the top lip to turn in at the outside edge, which will limit the length achieved.

At the doses you describe the botox would usually last about 3 months, sometimes a bit longer. Once the Botox has warn off it may take time for the muscles to build back up again. By encouraging the muscles to work, you may speed this up a little, but the symptoms that were being treated are merely to return quicker.
Dermal filler can be used to fill the hollows, but I wouldn’t recommend this if you don’t plan on having the botox again.

Lip filler can be done with a canula, which is less likely to injure blood vessels, this is passed along the lips from the side.
My recommendation would be to get a consultation with an experienced Doctor so they can examine and palpate the lips to assess where the blood vessels are. They can then advise what the best approach would be and the likely results for you.
There would be a risk of bruising which may be significant, as there is always a slight risk of problems even when using a canula.

Dermal Filler can be place along the chin to bring the chin forward slightly. This uses the thicker products which can last about a year. There is a limit to how much lift can be achieved which would be discussed a consultation, along with any risks.
I would recommend getting a consultation with an experienced doctor, so they can advise you on likely outcome so you can decide if it’s something you want to do.

HA fillers normally last about 6 – 12 months. I have seen some people where the filler last longer, with no problems, even up to 3 years. If there are no issues with the filler, just leave it alone and at some point it is likely to dissolve.

From a photo it is difficult to tell what is filler and what is swelling. You may get more swelling if a different product is used but swelling can also just vary between different sessions.
The best advice is to wait 2 weeks and review the lips with your Doctor, you can then discuss you options if you still feel they are too full.

With Hyaluronidase, the doctor will use what they think is needed to break up the filler and may need more than 1 treatment. 500 units is not a high dose. There can be changes in the local area as it can break down the skins natural Hyaluronic Acid. Usually this resolves after a couple of weeks as `hyaluronic acid in it’s natural form breaks down over a few days, so the body would need to produce more.
