Hi and thanks for your question,Filler injection would be a very good non surgical option for you.It is a minor procedure compare to surgery with very minimal downtime but the negative part is that it would be temporary and you need maintenance every few month.I would suggest to see an expert physician for consult before doing any procedure

Hi and thanks for your question.It would be very difficult to give you the best advice just by looking at your picture .But I think you still need more volume in middle and lateral cheeks for both lifting and reshaping the face .if this is combined with Thread lift you would get a better resultinjection of Botox in both masseter muscle and few sessions of skin tightening like Radiofrequency can also be helpful.

Hi and thanks for your questionThe most common complications of filler injection are mild discomfort and pain when injecting, mild redness ,bruise or swelling.Major complications like blindness or skin necrosis is extremely rare and this risk would be even less if done by an expert physician. All you have to do is to find an expert injector and the risks would be minimal
I got tear trough filler over 2 months ago, now underneath my eyes have swollen and become very painful.

Hi and thanks for your question.I can see some irregularity on your cheek and this might be due to filler . You might get benefit from dissolving that and injection filler again but it is very difficult to give you the best advice without proper assessment. You also are a good candidate for skin booster in the lower cheek and around the mouth area . Skin boosters are very soft filler that we can inject very superficial for skin tightening and hydration
