Dear Madam I hope you are doing well. According to your photos you have lipedema stage 3. Your weight is over normal limits. In your case the best option is first start a low carb diet, life style changes and gym and manual lymphatic massage and compression socks. Surgery can be done as well but lowering your weight should be the best option. If you think that it is not possible for you to reduce your weight, surgery can be discussed. In that case you need at least 2 or 3 liposuction…

Dear Madam, I hope you are doing well. You have stage 2 type 3 lipedema. And I guess you had liposuction and tummy tuck. That shows your legs bigger proportionally. But lipedema is disease which has a treatment. You can find a plastic surgeon close to you for having liposuction for lipedema

Scientifically the best is first having your varicous veins been treated and later have your liposuction surgery. Technically it is possible to perform your liposuction first however, untreated veins can cause some serious complications or extended recovery for liposuction. That’s why it would be fine if you have treatment for your veins.

Dear Madam, I hope you are well. It is not easy to say that you have lipedema according to your photos. Your legs have physical signs but this signs has to be supported with your medical and family history. You have to be questioned regarding your swelling, pain and bruise history. I hope your dr gives you the best answer.
