It can be done with only tipplasty with closed approach if you want natural result. I agree with you about hanging columella is the most problem of your nose

Your nose is small but long as you say. This is due to the droppy tip. The tip of the nose should be shortened in length and its rotation should be increased. Thus, the nose appears shorter. just removing the hump area is sufficient with little intervention

Lip distance can be reduced by lengthening your nose tip. columellar show will increase. When viewed from the side, the inside of the nose is more visible.
