I would not move forward and no Board Certified Plastic Surgeon should allow you to move forward with elective surgery being that a high ptt result means there is issues with your blood clotting.

Most Doctors do these procedures together quiet frequently , it minimizes downtime  it is more cost effective as well to the patient! If you must do them separately I would suggest to do your rhinoplasty first then wait 6 months to a year to to do your lip lift. Always make sure you seek out a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.

Yes, you should not have any problems combining those  two procedures  at the same time. In addition it will also make more sense financially to join the two procedures, you can also save recovery time by doing them both at once. Please make sure you see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon before making any decisions so that way you can come up with a customized treatment plan! Good Luck

Weight loss will have no affect on the structure of your nose . Whether you lose or gain weight, it will not change the size of your nose. To reduce the size of your nose, I would recommend to have Rhinoplasty surgery. I recommend consulting a board certified rhinoplasty surgeon and discussing your goals and options in person.

Dear Kristen:Thank you for this question. As a professional I have to tell you that I don't find your nose to be a problem and you have beautiful full lips to begin with. If you are not confident and would like to enhance your look I suggest you make sure you see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to weigh out your options. I don't see any immediate problems or facial distracts as said below.
Is There an over the Counter Med I Can Take to Help Reduce Swelling After Filler Injections?

I normally suggest to my patients to use ice compressions and an oral antihistamine such as Benadryl for the first day or two but, always follow up with your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for any concerns

 You are very early in the recovery process.Please trust the process It can take up to a year for the nose to fully heal.  I recommend seeing your board certified plastic surgeon for follow ups so that you can have peace of mind during your recovery process.
