Most patients lose to goal weight in 12 months. Many patients continue to lose weight for an additional 6 months however at a much slower pace.
I would recommend waiting 18 months after surgery to consider body contouring surgery.
At this time your weight will be stable and you also have a very good nutritional status to undergo that type of procedure.

This is an ongoing issue with insurance companies. It varies State to State and policy to policy.
In 20 years I haven’t seen a patient denied for coverage if they have an immediate pre op BMI of less than 40 or 35 with co morbid condition (diabetes, high blood pressure etc.) as long as the initial consult BMI was at least 40 or 35 with co morbid conditions.
FACT: There is no evidence that a one, three, six, or even nine month waiting period prior to surgery improves…

Duodenal Switch is a great choice for revisional surgery after sleeve gastrectomy.
This can be done laparoscopically. This requires usually one night stay after surgery, and the return to work will be about the same as your sleeve.

Unfortunately previous gastric surgery is a contraindication for placement of intra gastric balloon including Orbera.
Most fully accreditted Bariatric Surgery centers will provide methods (surgical and medical) for weight regain after primary surgery. Obesity is a chronic disease and often requires lifelong treatment measures.
