Best Cartilage Option for Revision Rhinoplasty

There are three sources of cartilage. Septal that is Flat, Ear that has curved shape and rib.

For most reconstructions if the septum was not operated before, I would use as first option septal Cartilage, the second option is ear cartilage that can be modified to a different shape with small incisions. And rib cartilage is only used for big defects.

But my first option would be septal cartilage.
