There is some risk but it can be minimised by injecting onto the periosteum and aspiration or using a softer filler and canulla and injecting superficially.

The answer is you can refill after one week but I would suggest two weeks.Migration is not a problem if you use the right filler and technique and don’t over fill

You are right it is a concern having a VO. It is rare and you can minimize risk by using an experienced clinician who can recognize and deal with a VO. Canulla can be used and may reduce risks
