Hello, mostly forehead height check with other vertical proportions of the face such as midface. a single examination of the forehead in your photos suggests that there is raised depth of your forehead. it’s possible to get a more feminine look with reduced forehead height. also, hairline lowering or forehead reduction surgery is useful to reshape the frontotemporal hairline and reduce the forehead width also. thanks.

Hello, that’s why I only can see your forehead, because of your brow position and upper face proportions it’s possible to get a smaller face by forehead reduction. Because the most widen areas of the face are the forehead and cheeks making them smaller means looking like has a smaller face and bigger eyes. Also, lateral canthopexy so-called almond eyes or kind of fox/cat eyes is a part of the solution to make your eyes wider. Thanks.
