Great question. The nose does not grow with such treatments, however, it may appear to change in shape or size depending on surrounding structures and how full they are. I can speak from personal experience with this, when my lips are filled, my nose appears thinner but, anatomically my nose has not changed.

Hi Alyssa, your lips look great! Yes, lip fillers would help you achieve your desired outcome, however I would point out that while you can have fillers injected into the top lip only, it will temporarily leave the lip looking more inflamed over the recovery period of 1-2 weeks. My advice would be to get both lips injected at the same time, with most of the product going to the top lip.
