I recommend that my patients who have just undergone Botox® Cosmetic Injections not put any pressure on or massage the treated area. It’s also important to try to avoid inverting your head or exercising for 4 hours following your Botox® treatment. After the 4 hour window has passed, you should be fine to resume your normal activity and routine, including bathing and washing your face.
