Hi,there is truly no direct connection between HA Fillers and Isotretinon (Roacutane) and you can safely have your top-up.HA fillers are not injected under the periosteum as this is not a very expansile space.There are fillers which are called Biostimulators, like Sculptra, which rely on the skins ability to lay down a collagen capsule around the filler molecule which causes the plumping effect.hope this helps

Hi at 21 years of age I would advise that sunscreen, sun-glasses to protect from further damage to skin. Dermaroller, with PRP are the best for you.If these don’t help enough you could consider Tear Trough Fillers as it is non surgical, long lasting and buys you time. Hi, you clearly know what you want, my general advise to anyone looking to go as big as your wish pictures, is to ask them to consider the long term implications of the size and weight of the implant especially given that your nipple position already seems to be at the Inferior Mammary Fold. The bigger the implant greater the long term risk of sagging breasts and issues related to the back and neck ache.I can’t comment on the suitability of the size you have been prescribed by your PS, but…
