First question to ask is are they using the actual laser wavelength such as Yag, Alex, Diode? or using the IPL(intense pulse light) for hair reduction? Laser works a lot better than IPL and you need less treatments. Many offices buy an IPL machine for a lot cheaper and advertise it for hair reduction. IPL can do hair reduction but you need probably 8-10 treatments versus 4-5 of laser for the same results.
