Hello! The photograph shows a well-defined mole on the left temple. Increase in size can be a cause for concern, as one of the possibilities is a malignant change. However, if there has been no bleeding through it, a malignancy is unlikely.
Removal under local anaesthesia, and histopathology confirmation is the best way forward. Fortunately it is close to the hairline, so the scar can be well hidden.

Hello! Asymmetric eyebrows can be due to many factors. The commonest, as mentioned by many of my colleagues here is a mild eyelid droop. The brain tries to compensate for the eyelid droop by asking the brow to do that job, thereby resulting in a high eyebrow on the side of the droop. It could also be due to a long standing facial asymmetry, or an old facial palsy or paresis.It would be best to get evaluated by an Oculoplastic surgeon in your vicinity and proceed.Thank you!

Hi! Yes, it is possible to receive Botox 1 year after Liposarcoma removal. If the frontalis muscle (the one that responds to Botox injection) is intact, you will find the benefit of the injection. Hi! Fillers in the orbital rim area (tear trough included) tend to last much longer than the usual predicted timelines of 6-12 months. Therefore, it is possible to see a lump after 2 years. However, I am not sure what caused it to become prominent this late. It might be best to consult an oculoplastic surgeon just to make sure you are not having any other issues related to tear duct.
