I assume the pigmentation was even before the Peel and so likely the degreasing prior to applying the Peel was uneven or the application was not even. Sometimes outcomes can vary according to skin thickness but that is usually not the case within the same area. You can either use ZO Brightanex/Brightalive or Mrlamix/Zmelamin/Tretinoin on the areas with pigmentation or you can have another 3 step Peel focusing on the areas with pigmentation.
