Your belly button does look a bit irritated in the pictures. The first thing to do is go back to your surgeon and let them help you figure out what is going on. It could be something as simple as a spitting suture, and once they get it out it will settle down. If there is something else going on, like your scar is getting inflamed (like a hypertrophic scar or keloid), the surgeon can help you manage this as well so it is likely to improve.

When you go in for your consult, ask your plastic surgeon where she or he will place the scar. It is typically around the 5-6 week mark that patients feel like this. It seems like forever since your surgery, you are feeling lots better overall but get frustrated with yourself and feel like your recovery should be over by now. I always tell patients that you need their support garments for at least six weeks, or as long as it's your 'best friend' - you feel unsupported without it, and you swell more without it. Usually, when this happens it is not actually infected, but a sterile abscess. Show it to your doctor and he or she will remove it and tell you how to take care of it till it settles back down.

It looks like you are extremely physically fit; it may actually be inscriptions of your rectus muscle that have been revealed by the liposuction. If it is from your garment or from the liposuction itself it may need further work to address it. A physical exam by your plastic surgeon should help you figure out what is really going on.

The Palovia laser treatment is very shallow; fillers are placed deeper than this. It really should not affect the filler that much. The Juvederm is likely to be resorbing at this point whether you use the laser or not; it typically lasts about 6-9 months for Juvederm Ultra, 9-12 months for Juvederm Ultra Plus.

Some patients notice the changes from Botox more quickly than others. One thing I have seen once patients get back into exercising and/or increased activity after tummy tuck is a pulled rectus muscle. As you are feeling a tightness and pulling in the area, and are fairly thin (making it more likely you can see it from the outside), you may have overdone it and have a pulled muscle. It is important to have your surgeon look at it and make sure nothing else is going on, as others have suggested.
